Thanks Volker for the explanation which I need to add to the
documentation... FYI, I think you don't need to save the clover database for
regenerating history points.
Also clover:test will call clover:on and clover:off so you should need only
2 attaingoals:

<attainGoal name="clover:save-history" />
</preGoal>
