asc missing ?

flex-compiler-mojo identitifies dependency
         <dependency>
                    <groupId>org.sonatype.flexmojos</groupId>
                    <artifactId>asc</artifactId>
                    <version>3.0</version>
            </dependency>

which I cannot locate
any suggestions where to find this artifact would be GREATLY appreciated
