I believe STS comes with m2e. I also want to point out that the "Eclipse for Java Developers" download for 3.7 Indigo also comes with m2e ( http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-java-developers/indigosr2). So you don't have to go whole hog with STS if you just want Maven.
