Embedding build environment information

Hi Folks,

I would like to generate a property file during build time that I can 
use for triaging. My goal is this property file should have following 
information

1. Build Number
2. Active Profiles
3. Time stamp
4. Git version signature

Is there any plugin (or set of plugins) I can use to generate the 
information.
