to be honest this isn't the ideal solution, you should be able to use:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId>
<artifactId>cxf-bundle</artifactId>
<version>2.3.3</version>
</dependency>
and then you won't need to add the maven-bundle-plugin to your pom
but anyway, glad you found a solution :)
