Hmm, well... maybe not. The output of "mvn --help" includes:
-amd,--also-make-dependents If project list is specified, also
build projects that depend on
projects on the list
However, I can't find much documentation on it.

... which refers to a "Maven command line interface reference" which
doesn't seem to exist.
You might want to start a separate thread to ask about that feature
and see if it might be what you need.
