You declared the dependency on impl as such:
<dependency>
<groupId>com.globalscalingsoftware.rsscon</groupId>
<artifactId>rssconjava-impl</artifactId>
<version>1.2</version>
<scope>test</scope>
</dependency>
Thus, the impl is not coming in during the compile phase. It will only
be used during the test phase. If this is not correct, change the
<scope>.
