It's hard to known what is missing now :)
Have you set filtering=true in
<resources>
<resource>
<directory>src/main/resources</directory>
<filtering>true</filtering>
</resource>
</resources>
?
Have you set ${timestamp} instead of ${maven.build.timestamp} ?
