Yes. Change the value of maven.final.name in the artifact's preGoal.
Something like:
<preGoal name="jar:jar">
<j:set var="maven.final.name" value="${pom.artifactId}-${version}"/>
<ant:echo>Updating snapshot JAR to: ${maven.final.name}</ant:echo>
</preGoal>
