Yes, there is a discussion about that....    Can't say that I'm bothered by 
that.....

But, anyway, the --distro-sync option isn't mentioned in the "man page" nor is 
it referenced if you type "fedup --help".   I don't have a system in need of an 
update at the moment to see if that is actually implemented.

But, even if it is implemented, it seems it would have to be a conscience 
effort on the part of the user to get that behavior.  And, I don't recall 
anyone on the test list point out that that option should be used.
