That is from the GNOME integration added in Fedora 41¹. If the automatic setup and enrollment doesn't work, you can review the manual steps for adding the system-generated key². Also worth reading, as the "quick docs" seem to presume 'mockutil --import' has worked, is README.secureboot from the akmods package. It is available locally and online³. You should already have the key, which is stored at /etc/pki/akmods/certs/public_key.der. The "code" that GNOME provides is the password for this key.
