Hi everybody! Where Apache 2.4.3 defines the HTTP response headers? Is it possibile to edit them? (I know the 'ServerTokens' directive, but what about the others?)
If I write a CGI program it has to start with the "Content-type" line, while if I request a text document it has a content-type yet. Is it hard-coded?
