I tried to add the module again using ocf:vendor:app and now I get an error
"Error: required resource option 'binfile' is missing, use --force to
override".  i'm not sure if that error has to do with the metadata, i do have
binfile defined, or if it is looking for a command line option for the pcs
resource create.  i did try adding binfile=<pat-to-file> and params
binfile=<pat-to-file>, but none of those options worked.

You want ocf:<vendor>:<module_name>
