aggregated logs on HDFS garbled

Hello，

 

I set “yarn.log-aggregation-enable” to true, and got logs on HDFS, but when I 
use

“bin/hdfs dfs -cat” or download files from the HDFS website, some garble 
appeared, and it looks like this:
