Configuration per job

Hi.

Is it possible to change property per Job in *-site.xml like* yarn*.
*scheduler*.minimum-allocation-*mb*?

I want to set the value of* yarn*.*scheduler*.minimum-allocation-*mb* in
MapReduce application's main() function.
