Great question! First, a Cassandra Summit without Sean Durity just wouldn't feel the same!
As for your question, all good. Apache Cassandra and its many forms are what we are looking for. Commercial builds, aaS, and even private forks. This year, we are expanding to bring in ecosystem tools that use Cassandra to be thing that powers the thing. Talks that will get through the selection process will likely have more general applicability to many users as you mentioned. I hope this helps!
