SourceForge SOAP SDK

Hi all,
   
  I implemented the cruisecontrol for automated build.but i need SourceForge 
SOAP SDK jar's to upload  zip,doc's into source forge.
   if any person knows from where we can get all SourceForge SOAP SDK,
  respond that's a great appreciation.
