It is not documented ...
The code contains the comment:
// Experimental/Testing, will be removed
So, I guess that it would be better to use DD's

<property name="foo" refid="referenceId" />

instead.
There are no more psuedo-properties.

No, this is not true in this case. The <header> and <footer> elements are independent

of the fileset.
