In my limited experience, buildroot seems to be -highly- sensitive to the environment of the host: I have had success with only one buildroot release (an old one) on only one host configuration (also an old one) - and this release will not build a C++ compiler.
The documentation contains information on packages required, but not on version numbers, especially for critical elements such as Linux kernel, gcc/g++, etc. I know there are many possible combinations of all the elements, but these basics would at least contribute to a viable starting point for the beginner. _______________________________________________ uClibc mailing list [email protected] http://lists.busybox.net/mailman/listinfo/uclibc
