I have this issue too on my T61. I upgraded to 10.10. After first suspend-resume, mouse and trackpoint only works after about 5 seconds. Second suspend/resume, the trackpoint stops working at all. On third suspend/resume, both keyboard and trackpoint are unresponsive, and remain so until i reboot the machine. I did not have this issue before I did the upgrade.
