Thanks for your report.
This kind of error usually occurs when an upgrade is aborted due to a system
freeze. If it's still an issue, could you please open a terminal and run the
command:
$ sudo dpkg --configure -a
This will finish the upgrade of the unconfigured packages. If it is fixed then
set the status of this report to 'invalid'
