Same bug here. I have 3 Monitors on an Nvidia NVS 450 video card. The three worked perfect in 9.10 using Xinerama. Just upgraded to 10.04 and mouse pointer gets stuck (flickering) between monitors becoming unusable. Xorg CPU usage skyrockets and I have to kill it.
