I can confirm the exact same problem - matches the above description precisely, but with different hardware, specifically a Zotac NM10 ITX motherboard, which has an integrated 'Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 GPU'. The other difference is I was using the 64 bit version of the release candidate.
