Thanks for the quick reply, Dan. I tried the different installs, and I get the same thing regardless. It works for anything from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes. Then the mouse buttons stop working and a few seconds later machine just stops dead and won't accept any input from anything forcing me to do a hard reboot.
