That's really weird that it's failing in xaa code, since afaik -intel stopped using XAA long ago.
Please gather a full backtrace on this issue (see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing for guidance). Also you've not provided all the files we need - see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Reporting for directions on that.
