Using a Dell Vostro 220,
I get some "Static" from the screen. In 8.10 this only happened when the screen
was loading or resizing then it would clear itself up. Now it more or less
ranomly places static on the screen. TO fix it I need to resize my windows a
bit to have it refresh and get the proper display. Attached is an example of
the problem (Dont worry about the blackmarks, I covered those)
