No the driver available in Lucid repositories is still the 195.36.08. As soon as the packages will be updated to 195.36.15 available here: http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=148947 , this bug report should be marked as fixed but not now. I think Ubuntu can't release a LTS with a bug like this. (Easy to fix now). Nouveau is an alternative for some users but as it doesn't support 3D acceleration, for a lot of users it's not a good alternative.
