I just found out some interesting things: I installed new kernel from here:http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/drm-next/2010-03-02/ and added xorg-edgers to repositories(and updated system). I tested graphics with new kernel and old kernel(2.6.32-16). When KMS was enabled, glxgears always showed about 510 FPS(with new and old kernel). But when I disabled KMS I got 1200 FPS with new kernel, but gears did not show, just black window-strange. With old kernel nothing changed(720 FPS).
