I updated my Laptop with a Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME controller from Kubunbu
8.04 to 8.10.
Afterwards the xserver did not start anymore.
I'll get the message:
(EE) No devices detected
no screens found.
Afterwards I tried to boot the live-CD, but got the same result. Even in the
failsafe mode, X did not work.
With earlier versions of Kubuntu I never had any problems.
