GDM on startup displays a mouse on a black screen instead of the usual
login screen. Switching virtual terminals fixes the problem
occasionally, with "[drm:drm_mode_getfb] *ERROR* invalid framebuffer id"
being produced in dmesg. On other occasions, though, the system
crashes.
Video card: Integrated Core i5 Graphics.
