Booting up the Live CD there are 3 possibilities:
- grub --> white Ubuntu logo --> black screen with no backlight
- grub --> white Ubuntu logo --> the desktop shows for 5 seconds --> black
screen with backlight
- grub --> black screen
with Radeon X200M(R300), Radeon X1200(RV410) and Radeon X1250(RV410).
with nomodeset everything is running fine.
Radeon HD3200(RV610), Radeon HD4650(RV730) and Radeon HD4750(RV740) is
working fine with KMS.
** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-ati (Ubuntu)
