Hi, I have this issue on Karmic! The Right Alt key just doesn't work at all, which annoys me a LOT because I have to type in French and German...
Concerns my laptop keyboard as well as my "external" keyboard. I tried to change almost all settings in the Keyboard Preferences dialog to fix the issue, without any result.
