I am using Ubuntu for the 1st time. I installed 9.10 on a Via K8MM-V
motherboard with an AMD Sempron 2800+ processor and a Dell 2408WFP
monitor. Try as I might, I ccan't get the resolution to go up more than
800x600. It says the monitor is unknown. The Hardware section is empty.
