libglapi-mesa; an excellent catch, the functionality got merged upstream so that it's in mesa-libgallium now, but turns out that dependencies can't actually use that directly, we need to have mesa-amber to build libglapi-amber which in turn Provides libglapi-mesa. I'll add that change to this SRU and upload.
