** Description changed:

  [ Impact ]
No mouse movement HID reports are sent from the touchpad for ThinkPad X9-15
Gen1.

  [ Test Plan ]
Move your finger on the touchpad and see the mouse pointer is moving or not.

[ Where problems could occur ]
The fix is a device specific change which does not affect computers other
than ThinkPad X9-15 Gen1.

  [ Other Info ]
  Upstream commit:

https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/-/commit/7030dc7c8d5d73ea1f3bd7f79c793f79b3889e6e

This commit is a quirk for ThinkPad X9-15 Gen1 to detect GXTP5100 as
pressure pad to make it fully functional.

  Tested locally and worked.
+
+ SRU noble, oracular, plucky, questing is not needed when Bug 2108967 is
