The image links are broken (Launchpad has problems with non-latin
characters), but on the description alone it sounds like bug 1876632.
Except for when you say logging in again doesn't fix it, that part is
unusual.

screenshots of what you see (with simple filenames). Please also run:

  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

while the problem is happening and attach the resulting text file here.
