Looking at this as part of my patch pilot shift, I'm confused as to what (if anything?) needs uploading to plucky? If there's nothing to do for plucky, then those tasks should be marked Fix Released (or Invalid as appropriate). The most recent batch of debdiffs appear to be for oracular, but without knowing if devel is fixed I can't sponsor them (I'm also not entirely sure this qualifies as a "bug fix" given we're now past feature-freeze -- if not, this would also need FFe justification).
