Make sure you purge everything from 560 driver. This command should do it 
quickly:
sudo apt purge *560*

If, for some reason, that doesn't make the errors stop when you update the 
kernel, you may need to remove the nvidia module from dkms manually. If you 
can't figure it out, give output of:
sudo dkms status
