Make sure you purge everything from 560 driver. This command should do it quickly: sudo apt purge *560*
If, for some reason, that doesn't make the errors stop when you update the kernel, you may need to remove the nvidia module from dkms manually. If you can't figure it out, give output of: sudo dkms status ** Changed in: nvidia-graphics-drivers-560 (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to nvidia-graphics-drivers-560 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2103362 Title: nvidia-dkms-560-open 560.35.03-0ubuntu7: nvidia kernel module failed to build To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-560/+bug/2103362/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
