Thanks for the bug report. If you can then please try a USB-C monitor cable, you should be able to find one that is HDMI on the other end. That will allow you to avoid running the signal through the Nvidia card and should provide a better experience.
Please also try selecting 'Ubuntu on Wayland' from the login screen. Though that will only provide the best performance if you're using USB-C instead of the HDMI port in this case. ** Summary changed: - Conflict notification + Secondary display goes black ** Package changed: xorg (Ubuntu) => ubuntu ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xorg in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2076165 Title: Secondary display goes black To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2076165/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
