suggests the driver is not installed properly. Please try reinstalling
it:

  sudo apt install --reinstall nvidia-driver-530 nvidia-dkms-530

and reboot.

If the problem continues after that then please run:

  lspci -k > lspci.txt
  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
  dpkg -l > packages.txt

and attach the resulting text files here.
