Thanks for the bug report. It sounds like you have multiple issues so
please open separate bugs for each one.
It also sounds like you might have a faulty mouse or keyboard plugged in
with a button stuck down that you're not aware of. Try unplugging both
the mouse and keyboard and plug in some other ones.
