1. Please check /var/crash for any .crash files and if you find any that
might be relevant then follow these instructions:

2. Wait until the problem happens again, and then:

   2.1. Press Alt+SysRq+S
   2.2. Reboot.
   2.3. Open a Terminal window and run:

        journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

        and attach the resulting text file here.
