Also, it appears your graphics setup might be misconfigured. Because you
have:
* An Nvidia GPU
* The Nvidia kernel driver
* The modesetting (for Intel) Xorg driver
Please try:
1. Uninstall the Nvidia driver.
2. Reboot.
3. Open the app 'Additional Drivers' and install the Nvidia driver
through that.
4. Reboot.
