I will only say that I have a Mesa Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 (SKL GT2) The current build of Ubuntu with all the latest updates. A 20-intel.conf file with the following config in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/: Section "Device" Identifier "Intel Graphics" Driver "intel" EndSection When Option AccelMethod "uxa" is applied this bug appears to be cured. This bug with artifacts occurs when Ubuntu Base drivers are upgrading Mesa from 19.3.3-1 to 20.0.0-1.
