Description: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS Release: 18.04 Using ppa:graphics-drivers packages libvulkan-dev:amd64=1.1.114.0-1~gpu18.04.1 and libvulkan- dev:i386=1.1.114.0-1~gpu18.04.1from PPA graphics-drivers do not have /usr/include/vulkan/vk_layer_dispatch_table.h necessary for compilation of some vulkan programs (e.g. https://github.com/DadSchoorse/vkBasalt).
