There is no upgrading issue when using nvidia-graphics-drivers-430 430.50-0ubuntu1~0.18.04.3 on ppa:albertomilone/lp1847979. However xserver-xorg-video-nvidia-418 is removed and xserver-xorg-video-nvidia-430 is not installed.
