@Quito: I didn't run eGalaxTouch as sudo, just a regular user. When I try as sudo, it segfaults on the second corner for me. Try running as yourself and don't forget to hold the point until the circle fills and the next point shows. At the end, there will be a slight delay before the calibration window closes.
