Adding the file "/etx/X11/xorg.conf" like it was recommended in comment
#5 solved the problem for me:
Section "InputClass"
Identifier "touchpad catchall"
Driver "libinput"
MatchIsTouchpad "on"
MatchDevicePath "/dev/input/event*"
