I have checked it, and in Ubuntu 16.10 the available version is this one: 304.134-0ubuntu0.16.10.1 (note the difference in the lasts digits). Maybe both oh them are the same? I don't know, but my computer says 304.134-0ubuntu0.16.10.1 and not 04.1. Or maybe they have added the repos of Ubuntu 16.04 on their Ubuntu 16.10?
