I managed to reproduce as described in bug 365943, however it takes 20-30 tries. Original i thought it was due to clicking but not,it's just multi touch bug/regression New steps to reproduce: 1. Touch the pad in the upper right and hold 2. Touch with another finger lower left and hold 3. Release the finger in the upper right 4.
